Whether we like it or not, we are relational beings. Relationships are hard-wired in our physical and psychological make-up. Did you know that a newborn will likely die without human connection within the first few weeks of birth? When our relationships suffer, so does our physical and psychological health. Left unaddressed, relational strain or loneliness negatively affects our mental health and can lead to even physical illness. We are not only talking about intimate partners but also our relationships with parents, siblings, children, co-workers, social groups, your community, and friends. While at this time we do not specialize in couples therapy, we are keen on helping you process what is going on in your relationships and equip you to navigate any relational challenges wisely and confidently.
